At Giftmatters, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. However, in the event that a product is received in severely damaged condition, we will consider a return.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any products purchased from our store.

Return Process:

If you have received a severely damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You may reach us at avorecollp@gmail.com. Our team will review the situation and determine if a return is necessary. If a return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Conditions for Returns:

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
Returns are only accepted for severely damaged products, as determined by Giftmatters.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or damaged by the customer.
Giftmatters reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
